Requirements

  • Experience in leading a positive and helpful customer service mentality reflecting the company culture
  • 5+ years of experience providing day-to-day management of helpdesk support
  • 5+ years of increasing scope of administration of Windows, Active Directory, O365 and DR/BCP functions.
  • 5+ years of experience as a leader of teams, technology, and infrastructure, including the ability the ability to build effective programs comprised of internal and vendor sourced resources.
  • 2-3 years of experience and proven success in planning, documentation, change management and process creation.
  • Experienced in hybrid environment
  • Ability to analyze IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Active Directory or Windows Administration
  • Familiarity with PowerShell
  • AV experience a plus
  • This is an onsite role, based in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning of IT and Data Management
  • Manage Vendors, Platforms and Outside Providers
  • Analyzes software and hardware needs for the organization.
  • Oversees and facilitates the installation and maintenance of IT systems, hardware, and software.
  • Identifies and recommends upgrades and changes to hardware and software, maintaining efficient and effective operations in the organization.
  • Facilitates and oversees the technical support and helpdesk roles, ensuring effective and helpful support is provided to end users.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in information technology, alerting senior staff of the effects widespread software and hardware revisions, changes, and discontinuation will have on the organization’s systems and operations.
  • Coordinates and schedules large-scale software and hardware installations.
  • Ensures IS-related projects and tasks are completed within specifications, on time
