  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
  • Must be able to handle multiple, diverse tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce CRM, audio visual industry experience, and/or been part of complex sales team in either a support or marketing role


  • The Inside Sales Support position provides analytical, administrative, and presentation content development enabling the Sales organization to focus on outside selling and account management. Specific areas of focus may include the following:
  • Salesforce CRM reporting, updates, and analysis
  • D-Tools project design software reporting and updates
  • Driving the Project Template (PT) to completion to speed up the close and kick-off timeline
  • Coordinate and complete Requests for Proposal / Quotes (RFP/RFQ)
  • Coordinate and complete the Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM)
  • Track and manage client software subscriptions including remote monitoring plans and Zoom conferencing
  • Assist in the development and utilize Immedia’s standard graphical format for presentations
  • Other duties as identified or assigned
